CPE/CLE Credit Available:
Crowe Horwath LLP will award up to 15.5 (14 Tax; 1.5 Specialized Knowledge) to participants within 30 days after program when presenters have provided required documentation and when participants have properly signed in on site at the event. Additional CPE information.
Approximately 12.75 hours of general continuing legal education (CLE) credit is approved in California, Georgia and Texas, and approximately 15 hours of CLE credit is approved in New York. Certificates of attendance will be provided for attorneys seeking CLE credit in other jurisdictions. This program is transitional which is appropriate for newly admitted attorneys.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend this event, you may transfer your registration to another person from your company for the same event. There will be no charge or penalty for substitution. To request a transfer, contact rsvp@eversheds-sutherland.com with the new attendee information more than 10 business days prior to the conference start date.
On the first day of the event, absent attendees will be considered “no shows” and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Cancellations must be made in writing to rsvp@eversheds-sutherland.com more than 10 business days before the event and will be assessed a $40 conference setup fee. Cancellations will not be accepted if notice is received fewer than 10 business days before the event.
